Very nice & clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Food was great. I love that there was an option to call down for food if you didn’t want to leave the room. You didn’t hear much from other rooms which is great!

This was the most comfortable hotel bed I have stayed in and the couch in the King Suites was excellent. The value was incredible and we were treated so well. I have zero complaints and will stay there every time I come to Billings from now on. We rented three rooms for two nights for my grandson's birthday weekend. We were incredibly pleased.

The food was really good. The bar had live music that was wonderful and the drinks were reasonably priced. The in-house coffee shop should be standard in all hotels. The staff was very helpful and the kids loved the slides. The room had more lighting than most and it was quite.

Our stay at BHCC was great. The new carpet, the shower update and the door lock update made the room very appealing. The internet was open and crisp. The pool and waterslide were well-treated and fun. We appreciated that the HVAC didn't come on with each degree change. Just a steady fan. Our room was clean and comfortable and we slept well. We would stay here again!

To start, the beds were super comfortable, the room was spacious and beautiful. It had so many different options of food from room service. A casino, a poker room and even a full restaurant and coffee shop inside! So far, the Billings Hotel & Convention Center has been our best stay yet!

The pool was fun they have two slides and a jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable. They have a lounge and gambling area. We had a good time in the lounge. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Good location. Pool was excellent with spa and water slides. In house restaurant, lounge and casino kept us busy and entertained. Front desk and bartenders were top notch in making sure we had what we needed.

We were traveling cross country with a 5 year old. Great place to stay with kids. The pools were open late. They had an on site restaurant and bar and live music. The food was good and although checking in took a bit longer due to technical issues the staff were helpful and kind and gave us drink tokens for waiting so long. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we appreciated that they were open till 10 since we checked in so late. We had Dinner in the restaurant, the food was good as was the service. The room was clean and comfortable.
